No hourly meter. No one-size price list. Your quote is one guaranteed flat rate built for your exact move, confirmed by a real person before you see it.
Four things, and nothing hidden.
Home size and inventory
How much life we're moving: furniture, boxes, and the stuff that doesn't fit in either. Tell us as much or as little as you like; we confirm the rest.
Access at both ends
Stairs, elevators, long carries, and where the truck can actually park. The couch up a walk-up is priced in before move day, not discovered on it.
Distance
The first 50 km are included in every move. Going further? The distance is priced into your flat rate and shown on your quote. We really do move across Canada.
Special items
Pianos, safes, aquariums, the odd TARDIS. If it needs extra hands or extra care, it goes in the quote up front, never on the invoice as a surprise.
One price. In writing. Before we lift a thing.
The price we confirm is the price you pay. It is in writing on your quote before you commit to anything, and it does not change because the elevator was slow or traffic was bad. That risk is ours.
If your plans change
Scope changes happen. A new couch, an extra stop, a storage detour. When they do, we review the updated price with you before move day. You will never learn about a change from the invoice.
Deposit and taxes
A 10% deposit reserves your date, and GST (5%) applies to the total. No other surprises. That's the whole list.
A human signs off
Before anything's final, one of our movers reviews your quote. If something looks off, we call you, not the other way around.

Only your addresses and a way to reach you are required. Everything else is optional, and the more you share, the faster we confirm.
